I never leave reviews but I've lived in The Brownstones for three years going on four. My last transfer experience was a ... disaster. I was ready to move out immediately. But the new manager Susan, came in and within her first week she went above and beyond and made everything right. Susan, is awesome and her energy brightens up the leasing office. Since taking over the property in 2016, Fath has upgraded the property in many ways including landscaping, front doors, etc. The management team is professional and ensures the property is maintained and quiet.
