I am relocating to Dallas for my job, and when I tell you I was stressed about finding something online. I was blessed to be paired with the lovely Chrissy. My family really loves living here! Maintenance requests are completed quickly and the maintenance staff are always professional and friendly! The office staff are very personable and truly go out of their way to ensure the residents are happy and any concerns are addressed efficiently!

Moved in a couple of months ago, and I only have good things to say! For the money, the amenities are excellent. I use the gym every weekday morning, and it has everything I need. The complex is very well-run, and having my own private garage is a bonus!

I've been staying here for a while an my apt is great staff awesome kedra keep me updated an checks on me religiously when the storm hit. its clean quite an maintenance is cool they work fast I love it here a home away from home

I really enjoy living here. The townhouse is specious and the finishes are updated. The office staff couldn’t be better and the maintenance men are very dedicated and quick to address any issues. The community is secure and centrally located.

I lived many places and this is absolutely the BEST!! The staff is fantastic!! They areknowledgeable, and always helpful. The location is perfect near the Galleria. Grocery Stores nearby as well as Restaurants too. DFW Airport is about 20 minutes away!! It is a great townhome complex!!

I am so happy to be part of this community. Kedra has been AWESOME!! Any move in issues I had were fixed within 24 hours. AMAZING service! This has been a great experience so far. So glad I was able to make The Brownstones my home. I see a long future here as a resident.

I never leave reviews but I've lived in The Brownstones for three years going on four. My last transfer experience was a disaster. I was ready to move out immediately. But the new manager Susan, came in and within her first week she went above and beyond and made everything right. Susan, is awesome and her energy brightens up the leasing office. Not to mention her office support Kedra and Lucy. These ladies together are a great TEAM! 5 STARS!

I have lived at the Brownstone Townhomes for 4 years and love it. Located in the heart of North Dallas, the property has immediate access to a multitude of dining and entertainment options. Since taking over the property in 2016, Fath has upgraded the property in many ways including landscaping, front doors, etc. The management team is professional and ensures the property is maintained and quiet. My sincerest appreciation for all they do to make living at the Brownstone Townhomes is nothing short of exceptional.
